Safeguarding Policy

Photography & Social Media Policy

Bright Star Performing Arts School celebrates the achievements and creativity of our students. Our Photography & Social Media Policy ensures that any images or videos are shared responsibly, with parental consent and in a safe, respectful manner. This allows us to showcase our students’ talents while protecting their privacy online. Clear guidelines ensure that content inspires our community and reflects the professionalism and vibrancy of BrightStar.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Bright Star takes bullying seriously and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all. Our Anti-Bullying Policy outlines the steps we take to prevent, identify, and respond to any form of bullying, whether in person or online. We encourage students to speak up if they experience or witness bullying. Complaints Policy

First Aid Policy

Performance & Rehearsal Policy

Bright Star encourages students to develop their skills through rehearsals and performances. Our Performance & Rehearsal Policy outlines safety, supervision, and preparation requirements, ensuring that all activities are structured and secure. From stage setups to props and equipment, we prioritize safety without limiting creativity. Students can enjoy performing, knowing that every rehearsal and show is carefully managed.

Touring & Travel Policy

When Bright Star students participate in trips or performances off-site, our Touring & Travel Policy ensures their safety and wellbeing. This includes risk assessments, parental consent, and chaperone arrangements. Our goal is to provide enriching experiences while maintaining the highest safety standards, allowing students to explore new opportunities and grow their confidence through performing arts.

Guest Artist / Visiting Teacher Policy

Bright Star welcomes guest artists and visiting teachers to enhance our students’ learning. Our policy ensures that all external personnel comply with safeguarding, safety, and professional standards. This allows students to benefit from a wide range of expertise in a secure environment, while maintaining the high standards and values of BrightStar Performing Arts School.
