1. How do I pay the monthly fees?
Payments are collected via Direct Debit through GoCardless. The total monthly cost is £36, which includes the £35 base fee (covering 42 sessions spread across the year) plus a £1 administration fee.
2. What should I do if my child is going to be absent?
If your child cannot attend a session, please send a WhatsApp or text message to Coach Kareen on or before the day of the class. This is greatly appreciated and helps us manage our registers and staffing.
3. Are the dates on the timetable final?
Yes, all dates listed for 2026 and 2027 are currently correct. While we strive for consistency, any unavoidable schedule changes will be communicated to parents with at least 2 weeks' notice.
4. What is the uniform requirement?
Students must wear a branded Bright Star t-shirt: Yellow for Juniors (ages 5–10) and Black for Seniors (ages 10–16). For the bottom half, children should wear any comfortable black joggers or leggings.
5. When do classes take place?
Sessions run every Monday from 4:15-5:15pm during term-time. There are a total of 42 sessions held throughout the year.
6. How many performances will there be?
We aim to put on 2-3 productions a year, providing multiple opportunities for students to showcase their talents on stage.
7. Are there discounts for siblings?
Yes, sibling discounts are available to help make performing arts affordable for the whole family. Please speak with Coach Kareen for specific pricing.
8. What is the age range for the school?
We offer clubs and classes for children aged 2–16, with specific groupings for toddlers, juniors, and seniors.
